I have an excel formatted file. I want to get the data from ms access and connect it to my ready excel formatted file for printing.

Should be just a few steps:
- Select the part of the db that you want to export from Access or open the table and select the records you want to export.
- Go to the External Data tab and look to the Export group and click Excel.
- Before you continue, close the workbook that you want the data to go into.
- Follow the instructions on the window and hit OK.
That should do it.
