Excel UserEntryForm to open it without open in Excel

0

Hi. I want to ask about the user entryform in excel. I am currently doing internship in a company and i still new to excel.

The problem is the company ask me to make the userform in one screen that can standalone without open the excel. So, it should be only the userform itself while not open the excel.

Here I attached the file and you can search the userform in the search button by searching "form".  If it is require code or any other method let me know.

Your help is much appreciated!

Hi Guy and welcome to the Forum.

I'll look at your file later but please clarify- does your company want to see a registration form without the Excel ribbon, scroll bars etc.?  If so, two approaches occur to me.

Also, please add your Excel version to your Profile (that can sometimes determine which solutions will work)

Hi John_Ru, I am very happy that you replied to me. yes, my company want to see registration form without the excel ribbon.

About the adding to my Profile. Can you teach me how to do this? I certainly don't know what to do about that.

Looking forward to your reply.

You said you are new to Excel (so the company request is very hard for a beginner, as I understand it).

I've now looked at your file and it contains three sheets (with names and text in Malay according to Google Translate) but there is recognisable no user form.

You said:

you can search the userform in the search button by searching "form".

but there is no search button and the workbook does not contain the text "form". You do have autofilter set on the column headings on each sheet (which would allow a "search" of column contents) but that's not the same thing.

Please edit your original question to explain what kind of user form you need and which sheet you are hoping to populate. Without that it will be hard to help you properly.

Hi John_Ru

Sorry for the late response as I am using company's account and computer. It is work day today and can you give one basic example of yours so that I can know what I should do on userform without open the excel.

Thank you John_Ru

Thanks for responding but you don't seem to have modified your question or file.

If you have sn example registration, you can edit yoor question then use the Add Files button to add a second file.

Without that I am still unclear about what you want (or even which sheet you want to populate.)
