Pivot Table does not preserve formatting on refresh

0

When I refresh my pivot table, I lose some of the formatting. I've tried several fixes including "Preserve cell formatting on update". It is probably something stupid I'm missing, but I've run out of things to try.
Can someone please help with this issue. I can provide file if needed.

I lose the dark blue format as it turns to light blue. I have attached a screenshot. I can provide the file if need be.
Thanks,
Ken Mc

Hi Ken and welcome to the Forum.

Sorry but you can't attach screenshots (or any non-Excel file) in this Forum. Please edit your question to attach a representative Excel file using the Add Files... button. Hopefully then we should then be able to provide you with specific help.
