I have problem with pivot, where i dont know how to calculate growth when my "Year" dataset are in the same row. If it is in different row i could simply using calculation. Need your advice and guidance

You know what your problem is but I can't see it from the current wording of your question. Please edit your original question to clarify and add a representative Excel file (using the Add Files... button) to illustrate the data. Then we should be able to provide you with an answer.
