That's certainly possible but what condition do you mean? A date change, a value test perhaps? Please edit your original question to stste that and attach a representative Excel file using the Add Files button below the text. Then we can give you specific help.

Hello Wajih,
As John has stated, more details are needed to be able to provide an answer. Also, do you want to email an entire Excel workbook or just a portion (specific worksheet) of it.
There are also tutorials on this site that may be helpful. Click on the "Macros" tab at the top of the page. On the page that opens, click on the third item in the list - "Email and Microsoft Outlook"
If none of those solve your issue, then provide the additional info as John has stated and we should be able to assist you further.
