Need vba code to split data depends upon criteria 2 criteria

Hi experts

i need vba code to split data from column C&E depends upon criteria values 

In column C, 2 criteria filter H97and DCF

In column D, 2 criteria filter is "Accounts Payable" & "(Gain)/Loss on Marketable Securities"

both column filter criteria data has to move sheet CODE_W & SOURCE ACC

col C:C splited data move to Code_W

col E:E splited data move to SOURCE ACC

Master data copied data should be deleted after copied to sub sheets

find the attachment

Hi Jack and welcome to the Forum

It's late here but it looks like you've made no attempt to create code so I'm guessing you have little or no experience of VBA, right? Also, in general the Forum doesn't really work on the basis of users just saying "I want this code, make it so" but you might get lucky.
