How to have multiple users updating one big matrix from individual excel tabs?

I was wondering if there was a way to have three or four users typing their own information on to one tab in Excel, which then updates on to one big Matrix?
The matrix already exists and each user on this can be filtered by name. 

I would like to have each user using only their specific tab, but the information they input into that tab be all copied onto the combined user tab. 

Is this possible?

Thank you John. 

I want the rows to automatically appear in the martix from the users but am not looking to consolodate figures, just for it to appear in the big spreadsheet in a row underneath the other data. I don't want any cells merged, added etc, just for each tab to reproduce the data on to the matrix without interfering with the other tabs.  Is it still possible to use this tutorial to do this?

Please edit your original file to expnd the explanation of what's need and use the Add Files... button to attach a (representative) Excel file - it's diffficult to know how your matrix is constructed without that.
