VBA - Out of Memory Error

Hi,

Whenever I click Visual basic tab, the error of "Out of memory" pop-ups.

Can you please help with solution for the same.

whenever I click Visual basic tab, i am getting Error of

"system Error of &H80004005 (-2147467259) Unspecified error".

Please find attached file.

I have no experience of this sorry (perhaps Don, Variatus or others know more) but I assume you have free memory in your system. 

A quick Internet search shows this problem isn't new but tricky to resolve. This Microsoft discussion may help Visual Basic and Macros not working in Excel (Office 365 for Business)  Check the text near the bottom Replies (15) since there are hidden comments below.

It's absolutely vital to know if the workbook that's active at the time of clicking the VBE tab has any code in it. In this regard bear in mind that code remains in memory even after you close a workbook. Therefore you would have to restart your computer, immediately start Excel before doing anything else, and immediately start the VB Editor. Please edit your question to include this test and its result.
If the result is "Out of Memory" my first response would be to run a virus scan, the second to repair the Excel installation.
