Hey, i wanna know what excel formula i should use in cell D2 that is in column of Status Detail 1 in Detail 2 sheet, to see if both columns statuses in Detail 2 sheet match with both 2 columns in Detail 1 sheet??

This looks like a school or college homework problem- is it? I used Google Translate to read your sheet "Soal" and it really feels like that, especially from the bold bits of the translation into English below:
1. Try to reconcile the status in detail 2 and detail 1, by filling in the status of detail 1 to detail 2 (yellow shading) using the formula in Excel
2. Fill in the column check in detail2 (green shading) to distinguish which ones are different and which are not (fill in OK if detail status 1 & 2 is the same, fill in NOT OK if detail status 1 & 2 are not the same, using the formula you know in Excel)
3. Then make a pivot table based on detail 2, to summarize how much is difference

As I said in my Discussion point (to your question), this feels liike a school problem so I'll give you a clue rather than solve it for you...
I suggest you follow this tutorial Best Lookup Formula in Excel - Index and Match- that approach can be used to solve point 1 of the question but it can be tricky to follow the tutorail- you need to read very carefully.
