Insert option in mouse deactivated

Hi,

When i right click to my mouse,the Insert option is deactivated.

Screenshot is attached herewith.

Please guide me how to activate it.

Go to registry editor
1. run command regedit
2. Locate "Office\15.0\Excel\Options" (number 15 may vary with the version you have)
3. Delete Options tab
4. Restart excel

Hi,
Above mentioned option did not work for me.
But i explored other threads in same website where i found below thread and it worked for me.

Go to "C:\Users\<User profile>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel"

and rename Excelxx.xlb file name.
Eg: Excel14.xlb or Excel15.xlb
