i make one worksheet with formulas for my clients. it have different formulas and its basically a datasheet. i want to that after specific period of time . this workbook will be auto locked. all cells should be locked and cant be changed.

Just make a macro that checks the date every time the workbook is opened and, if 1 year has passed from the date that you want to check, lock everything with a password. Then, password protect the vba module so the user can't see the password that you used to lock it.
