The task appeared straight forward. So I programmed it for you. Run the procedure CreateValueList in the attached workbook. However, before you do I suggest you read the comments I wrote into the code.

I'm glad the code I wrote plesed you. Submitting your comment to that effect as an "Answer" wasn't quite the right thing to do, and noting that you didn't accept my answer (thereby awarding points) leaves me disappointed. This doesn't look like a fair exchange to me.
