Names not appearing under Pivot Chart

Hi respected team,

I have created pivot chart via data from pivot table. 50 employees DOJ is clearly visible on the chart but their names are not appearing in proper manner.

I have attached excel, request your help.

Thanks and Regards,

Akash Sharma

Honestly, this is probably not the best way to display the data. There are simply too many data points. That said, you can edit the pivot data by unchecking and re-checking the Name field and the names will appear above the dates.

The analysis table has an X-axis and a Y-axis each of which can only have a single unit of measure. You can choose which unit to show but if you choose more than one they fall over each other because there is only one field to display them in. Therefore you should use either Name or DOJ.

On the other hand, if you wish to have both data displayed you should create a field that combines the two into a single cell and display that cell's content as the label for the X-axis, such as "Name&DOJ".
