I gave your question a down-vote because (a) you don't define the "student daily attendance", (b) you don't define the "monthly or yearly report", (c) you don't define what you mean by "link", and (d) you seem to have made no effort to solve the problem yourself.

ManZaakes, we are happy to help, you just need to put more effort into explaining what you need done and also, try to implement your needs in Excel on your own first, and then come here to ask specific questions, like how to link one cell from workbook A to workbook B, etc.
