Next question though..just doing a sum of two cells, however, the format of each cell is a 'Time hh:mm:ss' and the cells are not adding. One cell is taking a total from another worksheet in the workbook eg) ='AS'!L34

You can just add them like regular cells and it will add the time together.
To get more specific, you need to include an example.
When I have two cells with that format and one says 10:30 and another 2:30 and sum them I get 13:00 which is what I would expect to get.
