For Small Projects, a flat fee is charged for the work.

You will be quoted a price for the project before work has begun and once the job has been completed, you will receive an invoice via email.  Once the invoice has been paid, you will receive the project files.

Small projects include:

• Fixing formulas and functions
• Troubleshooting small errors in spreadsheets
• Formatting for printing
• Editing the layout and look of charts and graphs
• Any other small projects or tasks

For larger projects, there is a project fee and an hourly rate.

The project fee is a one-time fee, part or all of which must be paid in advance for large projects, and the hourly rate is simply the rate charged for the time it takes to complete the project.  An estimate of the time it will take to complete the project will be provided; however, the time to complete the project could take more or less time than quoted.

Medium and large projects include:

• Customizing spreadsheets
• Integrating Excel with other Office programs
• Using Excel as a searchable database
• Securing workbooks and the information contained therein
• And many other medium and large sized projects
