Help with Vlookup

Hi, 

I need support with a formula. i don't know if i should use Vlookup. see attached file and see if you can solve it?

You can achieve the desired result using an array formula but I think the better thing to do here is to make the Sick Days section next to the calendar section and then select it all and go to the Data tab and click the Filter button. Then you can filter and sort the employee list however you like to view whatever you want.

Look at the attached example.

Hello,

I had applied vlookup to a file and saved the file.But,when I am opening the file today,there is an error #NV in those fields where the formula was applied.
