csv (comma delimited)

hello,

when I save my excel to csv (comma delimited)

then open it on notepad.  the separator  is semi colon (;) instead of comma (,)

please advice how to save it in comma

In Windows, go to the Control Panel > Region and Language > Formats tab > click Additional Settings > Number tab > change the value for the List separator to a comma > click OK.

I cannot find the format in the region and language . when i click the language or region there's no format or additonal setting

It's a Format tab at the top of the window. It should be open  by default.
