Question re. getting blank result from LOOKUP using an INDIRECT reference

0

Hi,

Per the attached sheet. I have a problem in Sheet PATTERNS, Column G. I need the cell to show the cost associated with a certain item which is given in the previous cell (left). The data is stored on the LIST sheet in columns F & G. I am not getting an error, but it is giving me a blank result.

I used the same formula earlier in the sheet (Column D) and it works OK. The only difference between the 2 is that the data stored in LIST for the column G calculation, was itself drawn from a different calculated sheet. I therefore copied / pasted "special values" so it was clean data but I am still getting a blank result.

JH 2 = data pasted special values

JH = unpasted, calculated data

My brain hurts, please help.

Thanks in advance.
