Hi mkilakkiya,

We would love to offer help but your question is a bit confusing.
In the first line you list values horizontally for cells A1, B1, C1, D1, E1 and F1.
You then list four of those same values vertically.
How do you want to search for duplicates?
Also, how do you want to achieve this? VBA? Conditional Formating? Or some other way?

Hello mkilakkiya,

I was hoping you would have responded and answered my question.

I have made a file (attached) showing the easiest way to highlight duplicates - Conditional Formatting. If you want to do it a different way let me know.

If this solves things for you, please mark my answer as selected.

Cheers   :-)

Well done Willie. Unfortunately you've had more than your fair share of unresponsive users.

Hi John,
Thanks for the props. And yes, it is discouraging when posters don't respond. Especially like the one recent poster who never fixed their posts (as requested) and as a result never got an answer to their qustion.
Cheers   :-)
