Some parts are disabled in conditional formatting?

Hello,
How can i enable all parts of this form?
Because some are disabled and i don't know why
even the sheet or workbook isn't password protected.
Why can't we change it

Hello again Ghost,

Selecting a Font and/or Font size are not options with Conditional Formatting. That's why they are "greyed out".
You can do this with a Worksheet_Change event, but as you have said before VBA is not an option in your situation. So that means you have to decide if you always want a different Font and size for this cell(s) or not.

Maybe not the answer you were hoping for, but it is what it is.

I agree with Willie.

Conditional Formatting is often used to show when certain conditions are met. Even without VBA, you can conditionally format a cell's font colour, style, underline and effects (e.g. red, bold, double underline and strikethrough) plus its fill, border and number format. You can have several CF rules appliing to  the same cell. That should easily be enough to differentiate the CF cell from others not affected by the applicable CF rule(s).
