Hi, thank you very much for your prompt response. I am not sure exactly how to attach a sample file in this forum. Basically I have a list of names in column A as follows:

A                                     B
John Smith              Confirmed
Pete Burns
Fred Flintsone
Barney Rubble
John Smith

I want to then create a dropdown box in column 'B' that when the drop down option 'confirmed' is selected the name in column 'A' will automatically copy to the bottom of the list in column 'A'.

Do you think this is possible?

Thanks again for your response and I appreciate any help you can give.
