Resizes to Multiple pages

0

I have an excel sheet I've used for a long time with no troubles.

Now when I go to View/Page Break View and try to move over the dotted line two columns, it resizes the whole sheet into over 400 pages.   I've taken out any headers & frozen panes.   I've reset the print area and nothing.   If I try to change the scale to fit, it tells me it can't resize to smaller than 10%.

MS 2007 version

Any ideas what to do?

The below did not help.    The enable fill handle & cell drag & drop check box were already checked.   I even tried un checking and seeing if it would help but it didn't.

Is there anyway you can include a sample file? It would be easier to figure out the problem that way.

It sounds like this might solve your problem:

  1. Click the Microsoft Office Button, click Excel Options, and then click the Advanced tab.
  2. Click to select the Enable fill handle and cell drag-and-drop check box, and then click OK.

I got this from the following site: MS Excel Issue
