Hi Team,

Please help me.

I want to add date and time when the colum was filled or last modified date and time.

For example, If Priya filled a colum... When we drag mouse towards the coloum, others should know when priya filled the colum, example date and time.

How to do it.

Track Changes applies only to Shared Workbooks. It's a legacy function which does not appear in the Ribbon as stndard (but you can add it, via Customize Ribbon). I think my Answer (Don's tutorial) gives a better metrhod (if you add a new column for "Last Updated")

This requires VBA, Excel's built-in programming language. Please see Don's tutorial Automatically Timestamp Entries in Excel, again in the Tutorial section.

If you search in this Forum for "timestamp", you will see several questions/ answers which extend the use of that method.

Hope this helps.
