I have a doudt, Please help me
How to a person restrict to make changes to others filled coloum, he/she should be able to make changes to only there own colum.
For example, If Private enter XXXX in a new colum. On the shared folder. If Prathik access the excel, he should not be able to make changes to Priya data. However he can add anything in new colum, instead of making changes to others data.
How to do it. Please help

There are some methods to do this (some rather complicated) but I suggest you look in the Security in Excel section of the Tutorials page (see hyperlink above in the green title bar), and start with Don's tutorial Allow Only Certain People to Edit Specific Cells in Excel
