I followed this article to copy specific cells into a new table on a different ws. How do I adjust this to make it write to a ws in a different workbook?

If you have both the workbook you are wanting the results and the workbooks with the required info open you can do the following
1: type = in the cell you want the results and then go to the workbook with the required information and click the wanted cell that will provide the information you want.
2: alternative you can type
='[file name.xisx]sheet'cell reference
Eg: ='[workbook2]sheet1'c34
