Assuming you don't want to email the whole workbook (for which Excel has a built-in command "Email" which you can add to the ribbon), then, if you're using Outlook, the simplest option is to select the range you want to email, copy (via Ctrl+C say) then paste into a new email in Outlook (possibly using the paste Picture option).
Don provided a lesson on emailling (under Tutorials section, Send Emails from Excel - Automatically and by Hand) or, to see how to send a pdf, see the previous answers underĀ Macro - Send Active Sheets as PDF. These methods require the use of VBA however (and macro-enabled workbooks).
