Could anyone guide me about how to Filter / Sort / vlookup or make Pivot based on Date if the Date cell contains Time stamp along with date.
Eg : 2021-08-24 18:13:23, 2021-08-24 18:14:20 2021-08-25 10:09:23

You need to take care with date/time numbers but Don's tutorial Vlookup on Dates and Times in Excel should be enough to get you on the correct path.
