Automated list for daily report

0

Hello there,

I need your help on the formula i make to shorten the time i take to finish a report on my job. So the report is named Work Order report and i send this report in daily workday to my colleagues.

This report takes around 1 hour and half to make and i'd like to shorten the time to finish the report to be an half hour or less perhaps bcs i have other reports to do. I have written a formula there in the list compiler file but not finished yet bcs i think the formula should be much longer but im stuck to think about the formula.

Maybe it needs data validation combined with offset function but idk i'm not sure whats the right excel functions that meets my need in this report so i need your help please. I am waiting to hearing from you soon.

Hi Fida.

We need more information from you - we can't answer a question which hasn't been asked, especially if we can't see your Excel file or the formula you have problems with (and the reason why).

Please edit your original question to attach an Excel file (using the Add Files. .. button) and explain how you think you can reduce your effort.

Fida
I can't see the file (look at your question when logged in and u see the same). You should attach a representative file (not all your historical data) and your original question needs to ask how to do something (not just " I want you to save me an hour a day at work"! )

I just added new question just to attach the file again. Idk why u still cant see it maybe the file size is too big or i send the file using company laptop that somehow has security system to prevent all the files here to be seen outside organization. Ok wait I'll try to reduce the file size then send it again maybe that'll work.

Fida. I still can't see your file, suspect it's too big (but I don't know the site file size limit, sorry).

Also you need to ask a specific  question please (edit original,  as I requested).

Only Excel files can be attached. And it would indeed not be wise to publish a huge file with proprietary data on a public forum. Ceate a file to support your question. For that you first need to work on your question. There isn't one in the post so far. Therefore adding a workbook will only add to the confusion.
You mention a formula. A formula draws on data to present a result. To create it a few representative lines of data are required and a description of how these data are to be evaluated by the formula. It often helps to know the cell and context where the result is to be presented. None of these you have provided. Therefore that is the place where you need to start.
