Data from Excel to Access

I have to import data from Excel to Access using Macros to automate the process.

I already have an Access table with data in it. The Excel sheet from which the data needs to be imported and has a lot of data but only selected fields are to be imported.

Also, I want to contrain it using the time coulumn, as the data must be imported after the shift ends at 7 pm.

Hi Namita and welocme to the Forum

Please edit your original question to add a representative Excel file (using the Add Files... button) so we can see the amount of data and what you mean by the "time column" etc.

This will have to be solved from the Access side, meaning you will need code that is run from Access. That makers your question only remotely related to Excel. This forum is unlikely to be able to give you the best answer.
