Just out of curiosity, is there a context where people are not annoyed when you post messages with 100% capitalization?

Agreed! Haha!

Also is there meant to be a meaningful question on Excel within all those shouting capital letters? If so, it's lost on me- Google Translate thinks your second paragraph is in Hindi but translates only a few words into English- the rest makes no sense sadly. GSTR 2A/2B is something about Indian taxation (so hardly the specialism of this forum!)

Shivratan4u,
I do remember the very early days of Internet when I also thought allcaps was a far better style than all smalls. They quickly tought me that Internet protocol isn't a matter of fashion or personal preference. They used all small for normal talk and all caps for shouting. Of course, everybody will get quite upset when being shouted at for no apparent reason.
Now it's your turn to learn. Edit your question, replace all your beautiful caps with normal smalltalk and tempers will cool again.
Yes, least I forget: Welcome to the forum!
