hey can you help me pls i dont know how to fix the formula error in my sheet. Kindly review the excel file attached.
So, as you see in the file, i did a vlookup function, but the function result didnt come out, and instead the written function thats appearing as if i used formulatext function when i am not

In Detail 1!C2 (and the rest of the column) you have a "Text" cell format. This causes Excel to expect that text should be entered. Therefore your formulas are interpreted as text. Apply a "General" cell format and your formulas will work as expected.
Note, however, that the cell format will only be applied to things entered in the cell after the format was set. Therefore, change the format in C2 (nothing will change). Then select C2, press F2 (to enter edit mode) and press Enter (to confirm the modification, which is none), and the formula will be evaluated. Then copy the formula down to change all the other cells.
