Please attach your workbook (or a copy of it from which private data were removed) to your qestion and rephrase your question to say which cell you want to fill with which data. You can do all of that in Edit mode.

Hi Alex and welcome to the Forum

I haven't watched the video but the number of months for (whole) number of years is simply that number * 12.

If you have a fractional  number of years in cell H5 say, this formula will give the (rounded-down) number of months

=ROUNDDOWN(H5*12,0)
