Dependent Drop Down List issue

Dear Members,

Referring to the drop down list in Column B, unable to select any Branch whenever I choose State "Uttar Pradesh" under Column A.

Please suggest.

Put "Uttar_Pradesh" in cell C5 (with the two words separated by an underscore not a space) and it will work.

The problem was that you have named a range as "Uttar_Pradesh" but the data validation for cell A2 uses the List from A5:C5 where C5 is "Utar Pradesh" (with a space, not an underscore) so the name isn't recognised and the INDIRECT function will not work. Check in Formulas/Name Manager to see the named ranges (Note that spaces are NOT allowed in Names)

You can use spaces in dropdown lists if you use the table-based solution for dependent dropdowns- see Don's tutorial Automatically Updating Dependent Drop Down List Menus in Excel.
