hidden the formula

I want to know how I can hidden (totaly blank in the cell wich contain the formula) the formula I entered in the whole worksheet. Thanks in advance.

To do that...

  1. In your workswheet, select the whole sheet (by clicking upper left, between the A and 1 column/row headings)
  2. Right click/Format cells then pick the Protection tab. You'll probably see that the Locked item is ticked (but a cell's fomula can be seen, even if that cell can't be selected or changed). Leave that selected and click to tick the Hidden item too- when the sheet is protected, whatver formula is in that cell can't be seen
  3. Unprotect any cells you want to allow the user to alter (e.g a value on which the formula works). 
  4. In the Excel Ribbon, click Review/ Protect Sheet. You will see the options for that (and the default is to allow user to select but locked and unlocked cells)- I prefer to let the user select only the ones I allow them to alter (so would untick the  Select Locked cells option). It doesn't matter- you can let them select both and they still will not see your formula.
  5. Choose (confirm and remember) a password if you like. Now no one can see your formula.
