Your information is insufficient. Please post a sample workbook. Make sure you provide actual data examples. Substitutes like "a" and "B" will not suffice.

If you have 7 cells (say A1 to A7) vertically containing 4 x a and 3 x b:

a a a a b b b

(or the numbers 1 to 7 say).

then select those cells and copy (Ctr C or right-click Copy). Then click on a cell outside that range (say B1), click the down arrow below the Paste icon in the Home Ribbon and the Paste Special... option. In the requestor,  tick the Transpose checkbox (lower right) followed by OK.

Cells B1 to H1 will then contain the horizontal transposition:

a a a a b b b

or in my suggested case of the numbers 1 to 7 initially, B1 to H1 would contain:

1 2 3 4 5 6 7

I hope that's what you require (you'll need to remove the vertical cells). If not, please provide a file as Variatus suggested in the Discussion.
