Impossible. Process and rules depend upon your work flow. Pay a consultant $150/hour if you need assistance. As for Kobo Toolbox, this is a kit that claims to let you do the job without needing assistance. For most, myself included, this is an additional requirement that makes it even harder to help you.
Based on your work flow you already know what you need. Create a worksheet, or a number of interacting worksheets, that support your workflow. As you try to make it work manually you will find the need to create rules. They are the bridge between your worksheet design and your work flow. Only when you are done with designing start thinking about automation. For that you need formulas and, perhaps, VBA depending upon the nature of each task - cell by cell. When you come to that point this forum can probably help you - case by case.

Yea, bit of research on your end would help. I've never heard of that tool before anyway. Did you check the forms tutorials here? There are quite a few of them, including userform tutorials to get you started and you can search for them from the top of every page in the site basically.
