Can you use a checkbox to select multiple cell's data to be copied to a other sheet.

I think you need to give a more thorough description of exactly what you want to do because I can think of many ways this would not be a good idea and some ways that this would be a good idea, but it depends completely on how you want to do this. You can, for sure, assign macros to a box being checked or even a cell being "checked" or you can have a macro come along after a button click and see which boxes were checked, etc.

Hi.
What i want to do is to use a check box to select what data to be copied to a another sheet in a specific cell. I have a database and need sometimes only certain info to be printed in a form.

How do you intend to associate each of your check boxes with the row to which they are supposed to refer? Perhaps even more importantly, how do you intend to get the check boxes onto your data sheet?

In theory, yes. In practice, that could stick you with hundreds or even thousands of check boxes which bloat up your workbook and might slow it down.

Consider a data validation drop-down instead with either only a single permissible answer, like "yes" or "copy", which can be deleted, or a binary response, like "Yes"/"No".
