Can the Excel forms be changed or customised?

You don't specify what you mean by Excel "forms" but as a rule of thumb almost anything in Excel can be customised. The most likely subject of your question should be the VB User Form. That is a form created by the user, entirely to the user's specs. In order to create and modify it some knowledge of VBA is required.

The Data Entry Form to which you referred, as you explained in the Discussion below, can't be customized in itself. Instead it takes all requirements from the table to which it refers. Add a column  to the table and the form wil have an extra field named after the column. If you increase the size of the column the data entry field in the form will grow accordingly.

Data Forms is what I was refering too.It opens when I use the Form button. I was able to make a form by creating a table.
The input form is too small. What I was wanting to do is "customize" this form to make it easier to enter data in.

I should have thought of that lol: Now I have expanded my answer to cover that form. Did I answer your question?
