I have 2 nos., suppost I dvide 1st by 2nd no. then the%age result is greater than 90%.If the percentage no. is not greater than 90% then exact how many nos. I have to add to achieve target % i.e90%

You would have to add exactly

 =0.9-(A1/A2)
regardless of whether the result of the division is greater or smaller than 90%. The cell containing the formula must be formatted as Percent.
