Dear All,

Age of retirement is 65 years. How to calculate date/month/year of retirement from date of birth. Example of date of birth is 22-02-90, 22 is date, 02 is month and 90 is year.

Where your original date (Feb 22, 1990) is in cell A2, the first formula will define the last working day, the second one the frist day of retirement.

=DATE(YEAR(A2)+65,MONTH(A2),DAY(A2))
=DATE(YEAR(A2)+65,MONTH(A2),DAY(A2)+1)
