Agent performance



I want a report on agent performance report in call centres.

Does anybody help.



I suggest you try to find an Excel template for this somewhere online through a Google or Bing search and then try to change it for your needs and come back here to ask for specific help. I, at least, don't have any Agent performance templates in Excel that I can send over.
