IF FUNCTION

I want to have the checkmark show up if the level is chosen from the dropdown in columnb. Then have the rest of the cells show up blank if that level is not chosen.

I've tried several different ways I cannot get it right. Is this the correct function?

Try this formula below in C4. Then copy down and across.

=IF($B4=C$3, "P","")

The cells must be formatted as General and the Wingdings2 font.

COUNTIF should work (looking for the "P")
