After I copy and paste in VBA the screen is darker. If I click
in a cell the screen returns to normal. What code will do this, so when the user
goes to the screen, it is not "darker".

I'm not entirely sure how this would happen. Are you maybe using some other program that causes the windows to get lighter or darker depeneding on where the focus is? Also, please stop using ALL CAPS in your title.
