i am looking for a macro to take specific data (names) in a large sheet with many different (names) in a column and coping them to different sheets and renaming the sheets to the data's name.

This site intends to help you do the job yourself. In order to qualify for help you need to show some own effort. As a rule of thumb, the minimum you should have is a workbook with data on one sheet and a blank template for the sheet which is to receive the data. With that in hand you might be able to ask a question which can be answered here.

How many sheets are you looking to create? This seems like a bad idea unless it's for a very small amount of data/sheets.
