How would one convert a regular angle, for example, 28.6105 (decimal degrees) into a Degrees, Minutes, Seconds format in Excel?

This Microsoft site offers UDFs (User Definted Functions) to convert both DMS to decimal and the other way around. The point is that you do need a UDF. To do the same job with a formula constructed from existing, built-in Excel functions would be rather a tall order.
