To copy duplicates down a list do this:

  1. Sort the data by the column that contains the duplicate values.
  2. Enter a formula like this into the next empty column:
=IF(B4=B5,G4,G5)

For you, put this into cell H5 and copy it down. Then, you will have a nice list with the updated values.

Sorry about the caps, the formula is something i tried but i have other records were there are about 5 duplicates how would i be able to automate the process to include all duplicates and those records to that one cell?

It should work exactly the same. Just sort the data, which places all duplicates next to each other. Or, wait, maybe I am a little confused, can you upload another sample file that illustrates the issue that this formula doesn't fix? And while you're at it, a little exercise in Excel for you, change the text to lower case in your title please.
