How to reduce Column Width?

Hi Team,

In Column M, in each cell,remarks is given against each employee but since the text is too long I am unable to view the whole sheet at once when I sroll to Column N. Please help.

Put this column at the very end of your table and then reduce it's width. If you can't reduce it by clicking the side of the column just do this:

Right-click the column header > click Column Width > reduce the number in the popup window and hit OK.

Also, once you put the column at the end of the table, select it and left-align the text in the cells so that you will see the start of each remark instead of just the middle of it.
