https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IGaq_biQ1B8 Tried it but its not working for the whole name list. Certain Person's total amount are not getting added. For Eg: As per your list above, the Total amount for John doe is 70. But when I tried it comes like John Doe 56 and then John Doe 14. Which means only a part of Amount is getting added. why is that????? I have attached my file herewith and have marked in red which has not been added. All Iwant is to know who has purchased more.Please help

The name "Shibani" in row 86 has a blank space added at the end which the other "Shibani"s don't have. Excel treats it as another name. Unfortunately I don't have access to YouTube. Therefore I don't know how the list was created. However, your description of the mistake points at names not being identical. Therefore that is what I looked for and that is what I found. I hope it helps.
You could avoid errors of this kind by creating a data validation list for your customers and selecting their names from the list instead of entering them several times. That would be both faster and more secure.
