removing anchors

I have converted a word file to excel and need to remove the anchors so i can edit the formulas. The anchors are in all the cells, how do i remove all of them at one time.

The "Anchors" are the product of a faulty method of importing the data from Word into Excel. Instead of removing them you should change the method so that you don't have them in the first place. You may find some guidance here.
